Autumn Equinox Sound Bath

Join us for our Autumn Equinox Sound Bath on Sunday, September 22nd, from 3-6 pm.

We pair sound healing with wellness practices like yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, and mystical tarot readings.

These quarterly celebrations intend to express our gratitude for the abundance of the warmer months and the needed rest of the cooler months of hibernation, while simultaneously recognizing the delicate balance of light and darkness, masculine and feminine, yin and yang.

Come prepared for light journeying and a sound bath meditation with Mycelium.

After the meditation and sharing circle, one-on-one tarot readings will be offered on a 'first come, first served' basis with Gina.

We will gather at a Private location. Please RSVP for the exact address.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
• Journal + pen
• Something to imbue energy at the altar (stone/crystal, jewelry, photo, etc.)
