Autumnal Equinox Sound Bath Meditation + Potluck

Autumnal Equinox is an ambient music meditation experience created to ease us into the cooler months of rest. We host ambient music performances each season and pair them with other sensory experiences like sacred cacao, breathwork, yoga, and cannabis. In this way, we design the pairings to activate all of your senses at once with the ambient sounds, the feeling of movement, the smell of cacao, the taste of an edible, and finally the clearing of the third eye.

The intention is to express our gratitude for the abundance of the Spring and Summer months. We recognize the balance between light and darkness, masculine and feminine, and share prayers of thanks for a blessed harvest. Your ticket will include 1 item from the consumption bar to consume before the meditation. Then we will begin our sound bath journey. 

**This is a gender-inclusive event. All genders and gender fluid are welcome.

Some activities to expect:

• Sound Bath Meditation
• Group Integration
• Individual Tarot Readings
• Consumption Bar: Tinctures, Edibles, Cacao
• Possible Drum Circle (to close out the evening)

What to bring:

• Yoga Mat
• Notebook or Journal + pen
• Your favorite snack to share - fruit, nuts, chocolate, etc
• If you feel inclined, bring a non-amplifying instrument - drum, ukelele, rain stick, etc

We will gather on Thursday, September 22 from 7 - 10 pm. We will meet at a private location in Brooklyn. The exact address will be revealed in the ticket confirmation email. Please do not share! Please arrive on time.

Early Bird tickets are $35 and are available for a limited time. General Admission tickets are $45 each.
