We've all had that moment when we ingest a substance, then immediately think, "whelp, there's no turning back now!" In this workshop, we will investigate the intersections of restrictive bondage play in correlation with the anticipation anxiety of a psychedelic journey.
So buckle up and join us on Saturday, September 24th from 3-5 PM at a secret studio in Bushwick Brooklyn. The exact location will be revealed in your ticket confirmation email. Please do not share it.
The workshop, led by bondage practitioner Masha, will provide a historical overview of Japanese-inspired rope bondage and will also cover rope negotiation and safety for new rope practitioners. We will make time to discuss the interplay of masculine and feminine energies in the rope exchange as well as rope as a somatic practice and internal inquiry, and a possible tool for psychedelic preparation and/or integration.
